Create a monster greeting
Try three ways of greeting an imaginary friend: a tiny wave, a big arm circle and a gentle monster nod. Let everyone pick their favourite.
There is no need to know the lyrics or perform for anyone. Singing, moving, humming and listening are all ways to take part. Choose a comfortable volume and keep activities appropriate to the space.
