Stomp, clap, roar
Choose three gentle actions—one foot tap, one clap and one pretend roar. Repeat them whenever the chorus comes around, or make up a quieter seated version.
There is no need to know the lyrics or perform for anyone. Singing, moving, humming and listening are all ways to take part. Choose a comfortable volume and keep activities appropriate to the space.
